Can I return my shirt if I just changed my mind?

No. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Sizing returns are the only returns we accept — your shirt must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.

What are my options if the size doesn't fit?

You have two options. OPTION 1: Send the shirt back to us for a flat $14.95 return shipping fee and we'll dispatch your new size. OPTION 2: Keep the first shirt (gift it, donate it, use it as a spare) and pay just $9.95 — we'll send the correct size out for free.

How long do I have to request a sizing swap?

Accepted Answer

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to lodge a sizing return. After 14 days the order is considered finalised.

What condition does the shirt need to be in?

Accepted Answer

Unworn, unwashed, free from smells (perfume, smoke, deodorant), no stains, and all original tags still attached. Shirts that have been on the water cannot be returned.

How do I lodge a sizing return?

Email fishingshirtsaustralia@gmail.com with your order number, the size you received and the size you need. We'll reply within 1 business day with the next step and the return address (Option 1) or a payment link (Option 2).

Who pays for the return shipping?

Accepted Answer

The customer covers the cost. Option 1 is a flat $14.95 (covers your return postage and us dispatching the new size). Option 2 is $9.95 (you keep the first shirt, we ship a new size free).

How long until I get the replacement size?

Accepted Answer

Option 2 ships within 1 business day of payment. Option 1 ships within 1 business day of us receiving your returned shirt — usually 5-9 business days door to door.

What if the size I need is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We'll offer you a different colour in your size, a store credit, or a full refund of the product price. You choose.

What if my shirt arrived faulty or damaged?

That's not a sizing return — that's covered under Australian Consumer Law. Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a free replacement or full refund.
